BEEF + BROCCOLI, NO SOY SAUCE
Baked ziti, baked ziti where do I start? Oh I know, I've upgraded you. I hope you like it. Obviously, she's not too upgraded, but this makeover was much needed. I got a little tired of seeing the same tomato sauce baked ziti on every italian restaurants menu. Nothing but a gussied up baked spaghetti in my opinion. So I decided to go all the way left with opting for alfredo sauce and adding a little broccoli - because why not? Veggies rule! At least in my house they do. Hope y'all enjoy this yummy family friendly ziti recipe.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
Boil pasta according to package. Set aside.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef in a large oven safe skillet or cast iron. Drain fat. Season with LE BLANC Blend, and salt to taste. Remove from pan, set aside.
Melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and onions, sauté for 1-2 mins or until slightly caramelized and fragrant.
Next, add broccoli, and sauté for 2 mins, until broccoli is bright green and completely coated in butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Add alfredo sauce, mix well, then reduce heat and cover. Let simmer for about 7-8 mins.
Add ground beef back to the alfredo sauce. Stir in 1 cup mozzarella, and 1 cup parmesan. Set Aside. Stir in prepared pasta, until well incorporated. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake in oven for 8-10 mins, or until cheese is light golden and bubbly. Serve Hot.
Make It Vegetarian - substitute the ground beef for more broccoli, or another veggie like cauliflower, spinach, or kale.
